Living hidden could be the maxim of Teleperformance, the French leader in customer relations. And yet, it is experiencing very strong growth, with a turnover of 5.3 billion euros for 2019, up 10.6% and an impressive profitability of 21%.
Discreet, Teleperformance is however valued on the stock exchange at 14.2 billion euros. A value close to that of the Bouygues group and significantly higher than that of Carrefour, Publicis, Accor and Renault. In five years, the title has practically quadrupled and this performance could justify the group's entry into the CAC 40 during a future renewal.
