Coronavirus: SNCF reimburses April subscriptions

For TGV customers who have subscribed to the "My annual package" subscription, the direct debit for April, which takes place between March 20 and April 19, will be zero. For those who paid their annual subscription at once, the reimbursement terms will be detailed after the confinement period.

For 16-27 year olds subscribing to the TGVMax, a package which allows them to travel unlimitedly for 79 € per month, the company offers the same commercial gesture: the levy for April was suspended.

As for the thousands of passengers subscribed to the TER, the Regions, which manage these daily trains, all suspended the levies in April. Even Ile-de-France, with its Transiliens, made this choice.
