Unibail wants to reopen its centers as soon as possible

There is an urgent need to reopen all businesses, including those located in shopping centers over 40,000 m² that are still closed, warns Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW). In an interview with Le Figaro , the chairman of the land management board, Christophe Cuvillier, calls on the government and the prefects to reverse their decision to keep some of the biggest shopping centers in France closed for health reasons, while not all businesses food reopened on May 11. Of URW's 22 shopping centers in France, 10 are still closed on the orders of the prefecture, including nine in Île-de-France (the Forum des Halles in Paris or Les 4 Temps in La Défense) and one in Lyon.
