Every day, Le Parisien mobilizes to answer your questions around the coronavirus. We are looking today at the questioning of a surfer: "My children's school only starts two days a week, how can I organize myself with my job?" "

A decree allows parents who must keep their children to benefit from a flexible partial activity, alternating the days worked (at home or not) and those not worked, which can then be covered by the partial activity system, precise with the Parisian Ministry of Labor. This flexibility can also target half-days and both parents can benefit, which can allow them to alternate, while being able to work partially and keep their offspring who could not be schooled. They must make this request to their employer.

A certificate after June 2

Note that in order to benefit from this system, passed on June 2 and entering the second phase of deconfinement, parents must provide their employer with a school certificate, specifying the days or even the hours if they is a half-day, during which the child cannot be taken care of. If necessary, they will have to take a day off because they will no longer be part of the unemployed.
