Oil prices rose today due to concerns related to the emerging Corona virus.
Reuters reported that Brent crude futures rose 80 cents, nearly Monday, to settle at a settlement price of $ 41.51 a barrel.
In turn, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures increased 88 cents, or 2.3 percent, to close at $ 38.84 a barrel.
Oil prices witnessed a clear decline yesterday after data showed the growth of US crude and fuel stocks.
