European shares closed today at their lowest level in nearly a week amid renewed fears of a new wave of Corona virus.
Reuters reported that the European Stoxx 600 index closed down 0.8 percent, after losses in the food, beverage, telecom, oil and gas sectors.
Telecom stocks were affected by the decline in the shares of Deutsche Telekom, by 4.3 percent.
