The government presented Monday a recovery plan of 900 million euros to support local trade, crafts and the self-employed. The specialist trade, which includes clothing and gardening brands, would in turn benefit from recovery aid, and is calling for measures in its favor as part of the cross-sector recovery plan expected for the fall. The resumption of consumption, which was a relatively good surprise at the end of the confinement, has so far not facilitated the task.
