In this context, the announcement of Airlines, which belongs to the State, raises for the first time since March a situation of relative normality regarding flights. They continue to be authorized, one by one, by ANAC, within the category "special flights", which in recent months have also been referred to as repatriation flights. But for the first time, the company announces a monthly flight planning scheme for two international routes and tickets can be purchased through the Airlines website, "without intermediation from the consulates," the company specified in a statement. .
On the Buenos Aires - Madrid - Buenos Aires route, the first flight will depart from Ezeiza airport on August 5 at 12.10 and will return at 20.10 the next day from Barajas airport. The remaining flights will depart on August 12, 19 and 26.
In the case of the Buenos Aires - Miami - Buenos Aires route, the first flight will depart from the Ezeiza airport on August 7 at 23:30 and will return on the morning of the 9th from the Wilcox Field airport. The remaining flights will depart on August 14, 21 and 28.
The flights are already loaded on the Airlines page, available "only for Argentines or residents in Argentina". The section to Madrid starts at 66,000 pesos one way and $ 63,000 for the return.
From here to the end of the month, there will also be other international Airlines flights: there are three more flights to Madrid, another to Miami, and it is also making "special" flights to Cancun, San Pablo, Asunción and Santiago de Chile.
According to the company, since the week before quarantine (March 18), it transported 49,000 passengers on 230 special flights (112 international and 118 domestic) to 41 destinations in 16 countries.
