Jean Castex wants to "optimize" teleworking and make it "a fact of society"

Asked about the organization of work during a pandemic, the Prime Minister said that the change in perspective on teleworking was "a positive and structural effect of the crisis".


Will telework be better supervised in France? This is what Prime Minister Jean Castex wants, who has met the social partners in order to better regulate remote work. Asked this morning on France Inter , however, he remained rather vague on the outlines of the device to be put in place to frame teleworking, measures which should be done on a case-by-case basis in each company.

Regarding the obligation to wear a mask in companies, scheduled for September 1, the Prime Minister also specified that he was considering adapting this measure to the demand of companies and social partners. " We have seized the High Council of Public Health which must give its opinion at the end of the week and we will, in conjunction with the social partners be able to adapt this rule ", he reassured.
