From Monday until October 2, Pôle emploi, the Association for the employment of executives (Apec) and NQT, the network of companies committed to equal opportunities, are organizing a 100% online fair for young people who are entering the job market this year, in a context of economic and health crisis.

This virtual event, accessible on salonenligne.pole-emploi.fr, aims to accelerate the recruitment of young graduates of higher education.

Young people will be among the most affected by the current crisis: 120,000 master's and 70,000 bachelor's graduates are entering the labor market in the coming weeks.
Apec wants to be on the front line for them,
”explains the general manager of the association, Gilles Gateau, who presented his action plan on Tuesday for executives and young graduates.

For nearly two weeks, holders of at least a Bac + 3 will be able to follow remote workshops, web conferences and personalized coaching sessions, provided by experts from the three organizations.
This operation, entitled "

", also offers several hundred job offers, VIE missions (international volunteering in companies) and apprenticeship or professionalization contracts.
