Singapore - Sana
Oil prices plummeted today, with news of the possibility of a return to production in Libya, at a time when increasing cases of Coronavirus are fueling concerns about global demand.
Reuters reported that Brent crude fell 33 cents, equivalent to 0.8 percent, to $ 42.82 a barrel, while US crude fell 38 cents, or 0.9 percent, to $ 40.73 a barrel.
According to analysts at ANZ, the market will not bear the entry of more crude at a time when demand is shrinking due to restrictions related to the Corona virus.
