Oil prices fell 1 percent for the second consecutive session today, with the end of a workers strike that affected production in Norway and the resumption of US producers to work after Hurricane Delta.

Reuters reported that Brent crude futures for December delivery fell 41 cents to $ 42.44 a barrel, while West Texas crude for November delivery fell 42 cents to $ 40.18.
