Invited this Monday morning on LCI, the Minister of Labor Élisabeth Borne "
encouraged companies to develop teleworking as much as possible
".
"
Teleworking is encouraged, companies are asked to define a minimum number of telework days per week for all positions that allow it
", she recalled.

The minister estimated that companies had moved a lot on this subject in recent months.
According to her, less than 5% of employees were teleworking in 2019. According to figures from the Minister, more than 50% of employees in areas where the virus is circulating were teleworking - often 2 to 3 days a week -, last week.
Should we go further and generalize teleworking?
“
If we can reduce social interactions, it's important, we have to do it and teleworking can make it possible.
But we must be careful to keep the working group,
”said Élisabeth Borne.
