Teleworking
"is not optional",
insisted Élisabeth Borne, the Minister of Labor, on Sunday, before driving the nail Tuesday morning on Europe 1.
"If 100% of your tasks can be done remotely, you must be 5 days out of 5 teleworking ”,
she insisted, announcing a“
survey at the end of the week to measure the way in which these obligations have been implemented
”.

The minister even threatens recalcitrant companies with sanctions.
Because some employers continue to ask their employees for days of presence in the office even when it was possible for them to work completely remotely during the first confinement.
Total, for example, strongly encourages its teleworkers to return to the office for at least two days during the week.
Can the State therefore really impose full teleworking on companies and sanction those who refuse?
