AFIP enabled the application on its website to request the reimbursement of the 35% advance of Earnings that is paid on the purchase of the savings dollar.
This function is only active for monotributistas and workers in a dependency relationship who are not covered by Profits or Personal Assets.
The procedure is done with the tax code and
it is not
yet
defined when the money will be returned
, although AFIP assures that it will be done "in the short term."
The keys to request refunds are on the AFIP microsite "Perceptions Refund Regime".
There it is detailed in which cases it can be requested and what requirements must be met.
The refund applies to the purchase of savings dollars and to purchases with foreign currency that were made with a card as of September 16, when the exchange rate was reinforced.
It also covers subscriptions to services such as Netflix and Spotify.
The taxpayer must enter the website with
the tax code of level 2
or higher and go to the "return of earnings" tab.
There you will be able to corroborate the withholdings that have been made for this concept and in case there is any missing, complete with the necessary data.
Then you send the request and you must wait for the AFIP to check that the order is correct, make the validations and inform
you when it will make the corresponding refund.

the application to request a refund is not yet available

It is expected that it will be enabled in the coming months so that it can be carried out together with the annual earnings presentation, in April.
