In the middle of the corona crisis, the German software company SAP is continuing to reorganize its board of directors.
Adaire Fox-Martin, who was most recently responsible for global customer relations, was leaving the Dax group at the end of the month at her own request, announced SAP.
Julia White and Scott Russell are appointed to the board of directors: Russell takes over from Adaire Fox-Martin, White becomes Head of Marketing.

This continues the upheaval that began with the departure of long-time company boss Bill McDermott.
His successor Christian Klein wants to use the crisis to establish SAP as a cloud provider and to standardize the offer.
On the other hand, the software license business, which suffered severely in the corona crisis, is being scaled back.
SAP shares have now recovered somewhat from the October shock, which dropped them to just under 90 euros, their lowest level since the unprecedented Corona crash in March.
They have increased by around 15 percent since then.
