The economic outlook in the United States is
"highly uncertain"
, the President of the American Central Bank said on Wednesday, noting that the recovery in activity and employment had slowed.

“The resurgence in recent months of cases of Covid-19, hospitalizations and deaths is causing great difficulties for millions of Americans and weighing on economic activity and job creation,”
also noted Jerome Powell. He also welcomed the additional budget support that will allow businesses and hospitals to cope with the crisis.
