The mechanism is simple: it involves working part-time with the possibility of receiving part of your retirement pension (paid by the various funds).
Concretely, you can thus work at 70% and receive an additional 30% of the amount of the future retirement pension, or at 50% of your time with 50% partial pension... Another important point: during the time of this progressive retirement, the employee or civil servant continues to validate quarters for the calculation of his pension in proportion to his working time.
