Like every year, Great Place to Work® prepares a ranking of

"The Best Places to Work in Argentina 2024",

which arises from the opinion of more than 140,000 employees, belonging to 350 companies.

Among companies with

more than 1,000 employees, first place was in the hands of Cervecería Quilmes

, which in the previous edition had achieved second place;

while

Accenture

, previously first, in 2024 was in second place.

The third location was for

McDonalds.

The list of the 10 best, among the largest companies, is completed with

Pedidos Ya, Ualá, Cargill, Banco Macro, Molinos, Curtiembre Arlei and SAP.

On the podium of companies whose staff ranges between 251 and 1,000 employees, the first places were also reversed compared to 2023: DHL Express, which had been second, this time took first place, relegating Hilton, which was first. in 2023, to second position.

In this case, the third location was for AES Servicios America.

In the category of companies with a

maximum of 250 employees, first place went to LinkSolution

, followed by BASE4 Security and Adila Fin & Pay, in second and third place, respectively.

The previous year, the podium in this category had been made up of Gen IT, Innovid and Quales Group.

In this 2024 edition, there were 70 companies that entered the ranking: 23 appear on the list with up to 250 employees, 25 on the list with 251 to 1,000, while 22 companies with more than 1,000 employees appear among the best.

Employees

answer 60 questions

that make up the survey that describe the extent to which their organization creates a great place to work for everyone.

"

85% of the evaluation is based on what employees report about their experiences

of trust and achieving their full human potential, while the remaining pieces include an evaluation of all employees' daily experiences regarding the company values, the ability of people to come up with new ideas, and the effectiveness of their leaders in ensuring they have a consistent experience," according to GPTW.

The awards event, after several years of online broadcasts, was once again held in person, so 500 CEOs and HR representatives from the country's main companies met at the Alvear Icon Hotel, in Puerto Madero, to know the ranking and celebrate.

"When analyzing the numbers and the responses of the collaborators, one of the most outstanding observations of this edition of the ranking is the predominance of the feeling of pride among the collaborators of these organizations, something that transcends hierarchies and age ranges. It has become, therefore, a pervasive factor that directly influences business results and the ability of organizations to attract and retain the best talent," GPTW reported.

Another striking data is

the growth in the perception of the Communication of expectations

(83 versus 82 positivity in 2023).

Regarding Credibility and Respect, it was observed that the highest hierarchies present better perceptions than the average or low ones, an issue that surely needs to be worked on.

Regarding Purpose, it could be seen that, although almost all companies on the list present very positive perceptions of their employees, the numbers are lower in the youngest employees compared to their older colleagues.

Beyond that, in the factor linked to

Pride, the numbers are even in the different age groups.

To determine which organizations make this list, GPTW analyzes

employees' experience in their workplaces

and does so in light of each organization's size, workforce composition, and what is typical in their industry.
