Motivated by a taste for challenge and people, Marie Vincent began her career as a salesperson in renewable energies and insurance then retrained in human resources. In 2022, she left the salaried job to found a year later, with Quentin Vincent and Thomas Meunier, TLS Recrutement. Located in Verfeil on the outskirts of Toulouse, the firm recruits mainly for the IT, aeronautics, space sectors and support functions. Project manager, director, engineer, TLS Recrutement pre-selects the profiles sought by its clients for permanent positions by considering all the required parameters: interpersonal skills, know-how, availability, salary and deadlines. To find rare pearls, the firm carries out
sourcing on various online job boards and CV libraries or by direct approach via LinkedIn. “It can turn out to be a real painstaking task when it comes to a sector with shortages,” confides Marie Vincent. Once identified, we discuss with the candidate to find out if they can match the company culture, and vice versa, before presenting them to the client who will make the final decision.”
