Today, the results of the first-level placement test were announced for the “children category” participating in the 2020 children and adolescents' soft marathon.
The Lifelong Learning Center at the Syrian Virtual University and the Excellence and Creativity Commission, in a statement that Sana received a copy of, pointed out that the results were evaluated through the scientific committee that approved the distribution of participants within the levels of “advanced, intermediate and beginner”, after which the training phase would commence in proportion to each level.
The results and the distribution of participants can be found within the training levels through the website of the Syrian Virtual University.
The first-level placement test for "adolescents" with ages 12 to 15 is scheduled for Saturday 7-3-2020 within the virtual university centers and the Syrian Scientific Society for Informatics in the governorates.
The training program for the marathon to be organized in Damascus next August includes five training and qualification stages during which qualification tests are conducted and appropriate training is provided on various programming technologies and on logical thinking mechanisms for children and adolescents in a way that helps support the ability of Syrian youth and youth to compete globally and broaden the grassroots base for programming when Various age groups.
