The Constitutional Council renders its decision Friday on a singular priority question of constitutionality (QPC). This, transmitted last December by the Court of Cassation, was filed by Gérard Fesch and his lawyers, Mes Patrice Spinosi and Éric Dupond-Moretti.
Born in 1954 and placed at the Ddass, Gérard Droniou, professional musician, discovers, at 40, that he is the natural son of Jacques Fesch, sentenced - in doubtful conditions - to the death penalty for the murder of a police officer . The latter, born in a bourgeois family, married too young, had a dream of spending his life at sea but could not afford a boat: hence the idea of pointing a stockbroker who, obviously, turned to drama.
