(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 15 - Eight of the nine people hospitalized in the United Kingdom for having contracted the coronavirus have left the hospital: the British Public Health Service (NHS) announced it today adding that also the 94 people who were quarantined in a Liverpool hospital (west of England) have returned home.
"I am happy to see that eight of the nine people who tested positive for the new coronavirus have been successfully treated and discharged from the hospital," said Health Minister Matt Hancock, insisting that they present "no risk to public health." Instead, over a hundred people remain under observation in MiltonKeynes, a town north of London.
