The Israeli occupation authorities announced today a new settlement plan to establish thousands of settlement units in the southern West Bank.
Ma'an News Agency stated that the new scheme aims to establish seven thousand settlement units on 1,100 acres of Palestinian land and to expand a settlement located south of occupied Jerusalem between Bethlehem and Hebron.
The Israeli occupation authorities announced at the beginning of this month a settlement plan that aims to seize large areas of Palestinian land in the vicinity of the Ibrahimi Mosque in the West Bank city of Hebron to establish new outposts.
