Opening the institutions in this way has led to concern and criticism both among parents whose children are returning to kindergarten and among kindergarten teachers, and these expect many disruptions on the day the system is opened.

Meanwhile, the supervised day care centers have announced that they will not be able to open the institutions today, as the Ministry of Labor, which is in charge of these dormitories, has not yet issued instructions for opening them and they are subject to the regulator.
