Air France: the French network at the forefront of restructuring

Friday, Air France must present its plan to cut jobs to the CSEC (Central Social and Economic Committee). But his copy is already ready. It plans to eliminate more than 7,500 jobs by the end of 2022: 6,560 at Air France proper and 1,025 at Hop !, its subsidiary which makes interregional connections in France. With a scheme that will favor all solutions other than dry layoffs.

" When we see British Airways cutting 12,000 jobs and Lufthansa 22,000, the Air France potion is not the toughest ," says a consultant specialist in air transport.
