In a statement by Lana, Eng. Iyad Abdel Karim, Head of the Roads Department of the Technical Services Directorate, said that the rehabilitation of the roads of the Grand Khalidiya House at a cost of 15 million pounds / the main road in Dar Al-Kabira at a cost of 60 million pounds, the Ghantou Al-Hallouz road at a cost of 9 million pounds, and Al-Rastan Road towards Deir Foul near Cement plant at a cost of 58 million pounds, the eastern Farhaniya road at a cost of 12 million pounds, the Kafrlaha road towards Marimin at a cost of 111 million pounds, the Taldo Talas road at a cost of 3 million pounds, and the entrance to Ter Maaleh at a cost of 42 million pounds.

Abdul Karim indicated that the department is currently continuing work on rehabilitating five other roads in the northern countryside, pointing out the importance of these projects as they connect villages, towns and sub-district centers in the northern countryside in addition to connecting the population centers to the international highways (Homs - Hama - Homs - Masyaf), which in turn lead to The city center of Homs, thus facilitating the movement of cars and transportation.
