Today, the Ministry of Electricity has put 24 transfer centers into service in the governorate of Aleppo, 13 of which are in the Bustan al-Qasr neighborhood and 11 in the Hulk neighborhood freed from terrorism, and the electrical supply has been delivered to citizens' homes.

Also, a convoy of trucks loaded with 22 transformers and electrical centers arrived in Aleppo today, including five prefabricated transformers each with a capacity of 630 kVA and five prefabricated centers with a capacity of one thousand kVA and 12 electrical transformers with a capacity of one thousand kva per transformer and various types of electrical switches with a quantity of five tons And five ring feeders with different entrances, five tons of oil for electrical transformers, 500 meters for subscribers, 2,500 meters of cables for subscriber meters, and low voltage circuit breakers.

Engineer Ghassan Al-Zamil, Minister of Electricity, said in a statement to the media that putting transformational centers into service today comes within the government's plan to equip 400 transfer centers in different areas in Aleppo after they were liberated from terrorism by the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army, pointing out that 146 transfer centers were equipped earlier There are new contracts for the installation of additional centers, indicating that the convoy of transformers and electrical equipment that arrived today in Aleppo is a continuation of convoys coming to the governorate in the future to implement the planned plan.

The Minister of Electricity added that the economic sanctions imposed on Syria and the Corona pandemic have delayed implementation somewhat, but the efforts of workers in the electricity company are continuing to deliver electricity to all neighborhoods and regions.

At the headquarters of the General Electricity Company in Aleppo, the Minister of Electricity discussed with the cadres working in the company the reality of work and the difficulties encountered, as the interventions emphasized the demand for an increase in the quantities coming to Aleppo from electricity, the delivery of electricity to the districts and liberated areas in the countryside and the city, compensation for the shortage in the workforce of the company and the increase of the company's financial allocations from Ministry approvals and finding solutions to feed citizens' homes in informal settlements and unlicensed buildings in organized areas

Engineer Muhammad Saleh, Director of the Electricity Company in Aleppo, gave a presentation of the reality of the work carried out by the company and the continuation of setting up new transfer centers in service and lighting the areas of Al-Zorba and Mansoura in the south and west of Aleppo after its liberation from terrorism.

The tour was attended by the governor of Aleppo, Hussein Diab, Ahmed Mansour, the Secretary of the Aleppo branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, and the central directors of the ministry.
