Hallaq explained that work was focused on manufacturing cheese and dairy, and in the vegetable season, work began to manufacture various materials, especially the Makdous material for which the region is famous, indicating that the region is agricultural and every house in it represents a manufacturing unit in itself, but the basis for the success of the work was through participation and securing requests, especially outside the governorate. .

Hallaq explained that the women depended in their work on the products of the region, but in the event that non-existent materials were requested, they would be drawn from neighboring villages, such as apples, as the demand is currently concentrated on the nannies, and the preparation for work in olives is also being done, indicating that the main difficulties are power cuts, which hinders the process Article storage.

Khadija Karout, the supervisor of the Taldo Manufacturing Unit, indicated that the beneficiaries were subjected to a training course in the Agriculture Chamber, and they are five women heads of their families, and the unit worked to improve their income and standard of living, indicating that the production was good and the local manufacturing materials from the region, whether vegetables or cheese and dairy, because the region is famous for raising cows in addition to Manufacture of other materials, such as tomato molasses, pickles, molokhia and jams, pointing out that the turnout is great, as the unit depends on supply from outside the region at reasonable prices, given the high cost of living.

Fatima Musa Al-Faramali, who manufactures cheese and yogurt, indicated that the unit helped her improve her living conditions because the income was good, adding: “We have work experience, but the trainers have contributed to developing this experience and improving the final product and marketing process.”

Mayada Bakour from Taldo Manufacturing Unit indicated that she and her colleagues work in making jams and currently makes pumpkin jam, all of which are locally produced at reasonable prices, and most of the requests are from Damascus, noting that she started working in the unit from March and the financial situation for her and her family has greatly improved, demanding other projects that support the region in a manner.
