For the beginning of this atypical summer season that is approaching, we will have to wait until December 1.
But for those non-resident owners, free access to the municipalities of the Atlantic Coast will be from this Sunday and
the authorities have already defined the details of the entry protocol.
The new stage will begin on November 1 and will be a prelude to what happens a month later
when the vacationers begin to arrive.
For this occasion, Cristian Cardozo - mayor of the Partido de la Costa - announced that from this Thursday a form will be available on the website of the municipality that non-resident owners must complete and present to access the district.
"We really want to receive them. We want them to rest after such a particular year, to rediscover our benefits and unforgettable places without ceasing to take care of each other," he said through social networks.
This form, which will be available at https://lacosta.gob.ar/pnr, must be filled out with the main data of the person requesting it and the companion.
You will also have to complete the data referring to the property.
Something similar will happen to enter the Municipality of General Pueyrredón, with a focus on the city of Mar del Plata,
where they calculate about 110,000 properties that belong to citizens of other localities.
For La Feliz it will also be necessary to complete a special permit, which will be available from Thursday at www.mardelplata.gob.ar and which will be requested from those who travel at different checkpoints that will be along the way,
especially on the route two.
As

found out
, only property owners in General Pueyrredon or those who demonstrate
what the relationship is that unites them with the owner
will be able to enter,
who will be required a series of data so that they can say what their relationship with the property is.
Also, those who wish to join that Party must complete, in all cases and without exception,
an affidavit referring to the state of health.
However,
they will not have to carry out mandatory quarantine
and, as previously stated, they will not have to present any test that shows a negative result for coronavirus.
Once the file is completed, the final permit to enter the different cities of the Coast
may be within 72 hours.
And it will be sent by mail.
In turn, at the checkpoints where access to Mar del Plata and Batán is controlled, municipal agents will have an app
that will allow them to scan the entrant's ID to see whether or not they have requested the permit.
At the same time, the authorities will have the power to control the number of people who enter.
In other words, if necessary, the amount of daily authorizations can be limited.
In this case, non-resident owners will not need to download the Cuidar Verano application, which will be necessary from December 1 when the summer season is formally inaugurated.
