In a telephone interview, actors Melissa Fumero and Joe Lo Truglio, who play Amy Santiago and Charles Boyle, talk about the challenges that their characters have faced in the past seasons.

When she became a sergeant, she did not know how to deal with becoming a boss and having to give orders and how to deal with someone who was below her and the future she would face to fulfill her goals.

For Joe, Charles does not need the approval of others: “The challenge for Charles has been to set limits.

The characters have been affected by the great energy he has.

Unmasking Commissioner Kelly for his corruption was not an easy task.
