The current salary report 2020 from the Stepstone job portal shows: In Germany,

For executives, the salary averages 74,400 euros, while skilled workers without personnel responsibility get around 24,000 euros less per year.
That doesn't sound bad at first, but salaries in Germany vary a lot.
