Investigators already have a first clue to determine why the iconic businessman

, the data was provided by Juan Jorge Neuss (35), the son of Neuss and Saravia, to try to make sense of the tragic episode.
Juan Neuss clarified that his parents had no relationship problems and thus ruled out the possibility that the event corresponds to a femicide.
"There were no problems of coexistence," he
remarked.
And followed, he raised that the cause could have been recent news about his health.
In this regard, Juan Neuss told the researchers that in recent days he was informed that he had cancer.
He added that "as a result" his parents "were very dismayed and depressed."
Sources of the investigation remarked that the son alleged to be at the scene when Neuss killed his wife and then shot himself in the temple.
Juan Neuss's statement is recorded in the investigation that began with the title page "Homicide and attempted suicide."
This last interpretation is explained because Jorge Neuss was found with vital signs and was transferred in critical condition to the Austral Hospital, where he died hours later.
According to judicial and police sources explained to Clarín, the murder is investigated as femicide - a hate crime committed by a man against a woman - until the opposite is proven.
At the moment what is known is that the businessman took a weapon and decided to murder his wife and then seriously injure himself, or kill himself.
The incident occurred this Saturday in the closed neighborhood Martindale, located in the town of Presidente Derqui, in the aforementioned district in the north of Greater Buenos Aires.
The fact is investigated by the prosecutor María José Basiglio, in charge of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) Specialized in Gender Violence, in a case titled "homicide followed by suicide."
In the same country where the Saravia crime occurred today, on August 21, 2015 Fernando Farré stabbed his wife Claudia Schaefer (44) to death, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
