PR - one-time

Five and a half years after the end of the second season of the series "Zaguri Empire" (HOT), the creator of the series Maor Zaguri began working on a new season for the successful series - in which the family in the days of Corona will be told.

This season, Moshe Ivgi, who was the main player in it, will not appear.

The series aired in April 2014 and ended a year later with the passage of 52 episodes in two seasons filmed together.

The series also had a third season planned to be released in 2016, but following the affair of Ivy's harassment and sexual assault, which was revealed in Walla!

NEWS In February of that year, her filming was stopped and she did not return to the air.

At the center of the series is the story of the tension-saturated Zaguri family from Be'er Sheva, who is struggling to remove a curse that has been lying on her head since her grandfather's death.

Zaguri, who created the series, wrote it alongside Uri Vibrod and in the second season also directed it.

A story posted on Instagram today shows a video of the opening of the WhatsApp group "Zaguri Empire New Season", and the names included in the group probably indicate who is expected to appear in it: Oz Zehavi, Ninet, Yafit Assulin, Uri Leizerowitz, Kobi Maimon, Israel Atias, Daniel Sabag, Assaf Ben Lulu, Eyal Shikarzi and Hila Brosh.

Ivy's name is missing from there, and Bhut confirm that he will not appear next season.

HOT said today: "The facilitation of the closure is not the only good news for today. After five years, and after the last closure Maor Zaguri together with HOT decided to return to work on a new season for the successful series 'Zaguri Empire'. "The family will be in the Corona period and not necessarily as an empire. The plot will focus on the younger generation, in the new Israeli reality that has undoubtedly changed beyond recognition the last time these characters were seen on screen.
