Moulin family sells a third of its stake in the distributor, of which it is no longer the main shareholder. Motier, the main holding company of the Moulin family, owner of the Galeries Lafayette group, sold 3.5% of the capital that it also holds in the Carrefour group.
The sale price, estimated at 365 million euros, “ will be paid over the coming days, ” specifies the press release published Tuesday. Result: the Motier family holding company will only hold 7.71% of Carrefouring's capital.
