The sixth episode saw the return of the black box in the Six competition, with tests and a plate to reproduce. The competition takes place under the sign of technicality this Wednesday, April 17 in the evening, with a program overseen by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) Gilles Goujon, tricolor collar and three stars, and Tom Meyer, youngest MOF, a Michelin macaroon, orchestrate for the six Oranges and four Grays remaining a sort of appetizer which will designate the two candidates who will rub shoulders with the blackbox.

But first, tests on MOF techniques: the soufflé omelette for the Grays and the Italian meringue for the Oranges. "We're going to pray to the god of the egg, little egg, little chicken..." whispers Marie, who admits to not being very technical. The egg god could do nothing for Marie, henceforth in an ejection seat. Shirley is eliminated. Dominique Crenn struggles with the soufflé apples. “I feel like I'm the most useless person in the world, laments Marie, who supervises Paul Pairet's icing. 'It's stunning, all the elements are there,' congratulates Krenzer. On the technical part, on the other hand, all points go to the Grays. The winner will be announced at the end of the show on Sunday night at 8pm. For more information on the competition, visit www.cnn.co.uk/sauffle and @CannesSaufflé.
