In his place, they chose Francisco Onetto and Carlos Attías. It is the first time that those convicted of the murder of the 18-year-old will have different defenders. The rugby players were convicted of homicide aggravated by the premeditated participation of one or more persons with treachery but the judges determined that there was no such treachery during the crime.
