Father and his son arrested by the GIGN after an attempted murder. The two individuals are suspected of having attacked two other people with a firearm.
The small Gironde village of Saint-Mariens, home to 1,597 souls, required the intervention of the G IGN on Tuesday. A violent altercation had broken out a few hours earlier, in the morning, between a father, his son and two others. The son, and a young man who accompanied him, left the home early in the afternoon, before being placed in police custody.
