Ukraine's security services (SBU) said on Wednesday it had arrested two people suspected of being Russian agents. One of the suspects photographed a thermal power plant, apparently to help Russia strike Ukrainian energy infrastructure, according to the same source.

The two men have been charged with collaboration and face life in prison. Ukraine has opened more than 6,600 criminal proceedings against individuals “for collaboration or other crimes linked to the conflict” since the start of the invasion, the UN indicated at the end of 2023.
