From Tuesday, there will be a rapid change in the weather in Bavaria. The snow line falls significantly during the night.

It will be even colder at the weekend. In the Alps, the snowfall line drops to 800 to 1000 meters on Tuesday night. In northern Bavaria, it can snow up to 600 meters above sea level. It cools down to seven to one degree. In Munich, the German Weather Service (DWD) is forecasting 26 degrees on Sunday. On Saturday, the temperatures will be similarly summery. In Regensburg, Sunday broke the 27 degree mark. However, in conjunction with an ozone layer that is far too thin for this time of year, this also results in high UV pollution. The DWD therefore clearly warns against spending too long outside: “The ozone layer is too thin. As a result, UV radiation reaches unusually high levels during the day. Protective measures are being taken.’’
