Criminals entered the 15 OF 10 "Provincia de Santa Fe' school and the 5 OF 10 "Pablo Picasso's garden." The first robbery occurred in the early morning of July 5, 2023, and the second time, just over a month ago, on February 28. On both occasions, notebooks and tablets were stolen, locks and cabinets were broken, among other belongings.
"We are shocked and surprised that they break into a public school. They go after the notebooks," says Mariela Pérez, mother of two students. "There are kids who sleep scared and dream about robberies." The educational community is concerned and asks for security in the school and in the city as a whole. The school's cooperative assures that the establishment also suffers from serious building problems. They also denounce that "to the situation of insecurity and vulnerability of the institution, is added the loss of school days due to leaks, leaks, and constant power outages."
