Spring recovery causes unemployment to fall slightly. In both countries, there were slightly fewer unemployed people in March than in February.

In Lower Saxony, the unemployment rate fell by 0.2 points to 5.9 percent. In Bremen, at 10.5 percent, it was even 0.5 points below the current value.
