Writing as an exploration of timeless worlds" is the title of the special section, which will be launched in 18th edition. The project - explains the Municipality of Tifernate - has the objective of encouraging prisoners, through writing, to give voice to their feelings, their reflections on "before, during and after" the period of imprisonment and by involving civil society with awareness events on prison world.
