[HIGHLIGHTS] The clerk of the Évry court who wiretapped his girlfriend's information sentenced to 18 months' ban on practicing

Ludivine F. appeared this Thursday, March 28 before the 10th criminal chamber of the Créteil judicial court (Val de Marne) for an unusual offense.

She had revealed to a friend and her boyfriend that they had been wiretapped in a drug case. The president sentenced the young woman at the beginning of the evening, by contradictory judgment, to an 18-month ban on practicing her job as a clerk. But the president did not impose a prison sentence.
