The IDF continues fighting in the Shifa hospital in Gaza, where approximately 200 terrorists have been killed since the start of operations about two weeks ago. In the last day, terrorists came out of the hospital's emergency room and opened fire at the forces operating in its vicinity.
During the operation there, the forces evacuated patients and medical teams to alternative complexes established by the army. Meanwhile, the fighting continues in Khan Yunis, in the Al Amal and Karara area and in El Amal.
