RATP Dev, a subsidiary of RATP, was officially awarded Thursday the operation of the metro and trams in the Lyon metropolis. Keolis, a 70% subsidiary of SNCF, has managed the entire network since 2016, including four metro lines, seven tram lines, two funiculars, 134 bus lines and 130 trolleybuses.
“This is a historic vote for urban transport employees. For the first time, the delegation contract was made with a social base. All the social achievements have been listed and integrated as a prerequisite for the consultation file,” welcomed Mathieu Viera.
