The wheat fountain at Erdinger Schrannenplatz has been beautified: lots of colorful splashes of color at Easter time. Over 170 volunteers have been involved in the egg painting campaign over the last three years, cutting the greenery and tying the garlands.

Members of the Catholic women's community actively supported the Kolpingers with the binding. Dr. Christa Grassl painted the 24 ostrich eggs with the motifs of the city of Erding, which Dr. Günther Adelsberger took the lead in devising.
