A man violated the animal protection law in Munich. He sold puppies from a van and the police have started an investigation.
Inside the vehicle were seven puppies that were housed in transport boxes. The seller, a 46-year-old man with Czech nationality, had no permanent residence in Germany. It is still unclear whether the vaccination certificates presented are real or possibly fake. This is currently still the subject of police investigations.
