After the autumnal weather on Tuesday, temperatures continue to drop slightly in the northern part of the country. Wednesday promises to be cool and rainy again, with temperatures below seasonal norms, particularly in the north.

Snow is expected around 600/800 m in the Vosges and the Jura and 900/1,000m in the Alps and the Massif Central. Wind gusts of up to nearly 50 km/h will affect the west and the entire south of the territory. In the South-West, where the weather will be sunny, temperatures will be around 20°C, particularly in Nice. Mistral and tramontane will remain sensitive with gusts reaching 60/80km/h. In Île-de-France, it is cool this morning with a somewhat overcast sky, while disturbances will occur in the afternoon with temperatures which will struggle to pass the 10°C mark. The south-east of France escapes these showers with sunny weather all day long, with temperatures between 12 and 15°C.
