The bones of Emile were discovered on March 30 by a walker, less than 2 km from the place of his disappearance in Haut-Vernet. The little boy's mother had communicated regularly via this group since her son's disappearance on July 8.
A call to pray was launched there last September, this family being very religious. Clothes that the boy was wearing on the day of the disappearance were also found not far from where his bones were located. Another bone in his apartment was also discovered shortly after in the same area. The investigation will finally move forward, according to the public prosecutor of Aix-en-Provence, Jean-Luc Blachon.
